Franklin County’s homeless pets finally have hope.
For years, they had nowhere to go—until a group of passionate citizens created PAWS of Franklin County, Texas, a nonprofit dedicated to building a safe, loving shelter for animals in need.
We’ve purchased and renovated the former Mt. Vernon Veterinary Clinic. With partnership and support from both the City and County, we are turning it into a full-service PAWS Shelter & Pet Resource Center.
But we can’t do it alone.
